The combination of the product being a custom produced item along with materials, craftsmanship, labor and quality requirements seem to make awning expensive. In fact, if you calculate the cost over the life of a quality customized awning and factor in the possible energy savings it is quite reasonable based on the typical average life of eight (8) years.

Why does the price of a custom awning vary from company to company?

Throughout our almost eighty (80) years in the custom awning business, we have held to the belief that there is no substitute for a quality product. We pride ourselves in the craftsmanship and attention to detail when manufacturing your awning. Many companies seem to have found ways to reduce the manufacturing cost of an awning. Unfortunately, those reductions usually severely influence the quality of the awning. The result is more often than not you get exactly what you pay for in the end.
